Terms of Use

Allokay: Family Safety, by Workaholic Developers. Last updated 11 October 2026.

By using Allokay you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What Allokay is, and is not

Allokay shares locations, check-ins and alerts between people who chose to be in a circle together. It helps families look out for each other. It is not an emergency service. Phones lose signal, batteries die, operating systems pause apps and alerts can be delayed. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number (112 in India and the EU, 911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 000 in Australia, 111 in New Zealand). An SOS in Allokay tells your circle; it does not call the police or an ambulance.

Consent comes first

Your account

Your account lives on your phone. Keep your recovery code safe: it is the only way to move your account to a new phone, and we cannot recover an account without it. You are responsible for what happens on your phone and in the circles you manage.

The service

Allokay is free at launch. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we provide it "as is": locations, addresses, speeds, arrival times and alerts can be wrong or late, and the service can be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, Workaholic Developers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Allokay, or for relying on it instead of contacting emergency services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may change or end features, and update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app. You can stop using Allokay and delete your account at any time.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
